The Curvy Collection

For assignment 8 I was trying to think of things that come in sets, but because we already did a game piece assignment I didn't want to do that all over again. It's no secret that I love food and cooking, so I thought I should make some kitchen accessories. I started out with the salt and pepper shakers because they come in pairs so that was two objects down ! When I happened upon the shape that I liked I decided to keep the same curve as the base for all of the 4 objects I created. I next decided on a butter dish and then a creamer to go along with it ! I think the serpentine lines fit really well with the geometric aspect of the pieces. I can definitely see these being made in porcelain and being in a CB2 catalogue.
